I am honored to reintroduce myself as your Assistant Principal, having proudly served in this role at South Garner. Over the past year, I have had the privilege of working alongside our dedicated staff, passionate students, and supportive families and I am thrilled to continue building on the momentum we have created together.

 

With 24 years of experience in education as a teacher, Athletic Director, Dean of Students, and Assistant Principal, I have seen firsthand the power of a strong school community. South Garner exemplifies that spirit, and I am excited to keep growing with you.

 

My philosophy remains rooted in the belief that every student has the potential to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. I am committed to nurturing a positive and inclusive environment where all learners feel seen, supported, and empowered.

 

As we prepare for another impactful school year, my focus will be on building our culture of growth for both students and staff. I will continue championing professional development that sharpens our craft and keeps us aligned with the latest educational research and best practices.
