COVID-19 Guidance

Review the latest COVID-19 guidance and/or share feedback on WCPSS's COVID-19 Safe Return to School plan. 

WakeID & PowerSchool Access

Students: Make sure you're able to access WakeID Portal to access student email, PowerSchool account, Canvas, Google Classroom, and other important platforms. Watch this video on how to Reset Your WakeID and/or access the WCPSS Tech Guides for helpful information. Once you've accessed your WakeID Portal, make sure to do the following:

• Log into PowerSchool to view your class schedule (available in August) 
• Check each of your teachers' Canvas/Google Classroom sites
• Check your WCPSS email account for messages from your teachers

Parents/Guardians: We highly encourage parents/guardians to set up their own PowerSchool account, rather than using their child's account to log in. To set up a Parent PowerSchool account, use this link.
