About: Mr. Elliott is a second-year teacher and new to Hilburn Academy. He has a strong passion for science, previously conducting research on fish, insects, plants, reptiles, amphibians, and mammals. Mr. Elliott has also worked with researchers to study learning in middle school science students, develop high school health curricula, and to study famous figures Langston Hughes and Nina Simone. In his free time, Mr. Elliott enjoys SCUBA diving, fishing, kayaking, and backpacking.
