About Ms. Filer: I was born in England. I have degrees in Elementary Education and Special Education for K-12. This is my 56th year of teaching. I have one son, Matthew, who is a senior at NSCU studying Nuclear Engineering. When I am not at school I enjoy watching hockey, reading, and sewing.
