    The Jones Dairy Elementary Newsletter Listserv is a broadcast list only. PLEASE DO NOT REPLY TO ANY MESSAGES POSTED TO THIS Listserv. Individuals who post can be contacted directly, or feel free to ask a general question by e-mailing Mr. Saeva, ksaeva@wcpss.net.

    Information about subscribing, changing passwords, etc... can be found below. You can also make adjustments via e-mail by sending a message to jonesdiaryes_parents@mailman.wcpss.net with the word help in the subject line or body, and you will get back a message with instructions.
     

     

    Managing Your Subscription

    You may already be subscribed to the Jones Dairy Elementary school newsletter. If you have provided the front office with your email address prior to December 1st 2015, your address has been uploaded to the system. You can double check your subscription by following the "How to Subscribe" directions below.
    How to Subscribe (Off-Campus)
    1. Send an email to: jonesdairyes_parents-request@mailman.wcpss.net
    2. Leave the subject line blank
    3. Type subscribe in the first line of the e-mail message body
    4. Send the e-mail. It should be sent as plain text mail and not HTML or other MIME types
    5. You will receive a confirmation e-mail asking you to reply in order to confirm your subscription request
    6. Reply to the confirmation e-mail
    7. You will receive a welcome message that will provide you with important information about your mailing list subscription. You may want to print this e-mail out and keep it in a safe place for your records.
    How to Subscribe (On-Campus)
    If you are attempting to subscribe to the Jones Dairy Elementary Newsletter while on campus:
    1. Visit http://mailman.wcpss.net/mailman/listinfo/jonesdairyes_parents and fill out the online sign-up.
    2. You will be asked to provide an e-mail address, and you'll need to choose a password. 
    3. You will receive a confirmation e-mail asking you to reply in order to confirm your subscription request
    4. Reply to the confirmation e-mail
    5. You will receive a welcome message that will provide you with important information about your mailing list subscription. You may want to print this e-mail out and keep it in a safe place for your records.
    Unsubscribing From the Newsletter​
    1. ​Send an email to: jonesdairyes_parents-request@mailman.wcpss.net
    2. Leave the subject line blank
    3. You will receive a confirmation e-mail asking you to reply in order to confirm your unsubscription request. This email will begin with the phrase: "Mailing list removal confirmation notice for mailing list JonesDiaryES_Parents"
    4. Reply to the confirmation e-mail
    5. You will receive an unsubscribe message to verify that you have been unsubscribed. The subject line of this email will be - "You have been unsubscribed from the mailing list JonesDairyES_Parents
