  • Gatorfest & 10-Year Anniversary

    In honor of our school’s 10th anniversary, we are throwing Alli the Alligator a BIG 10th birthday party. Gatorfest will be on Saturday, March 28th 3-5:30 pm on the front lawn. There will be inflatables, obstacle course, carnival type games, Teacher Dunk Tank, a raffle, birthday cake, and more! Backflip Tony and Dynamite Darius from Apex Leadership Co. will be DJs.   • School Messenger TXT/Email Messages

    The School Messenger phone message system used by WCPSS is expanding to include text messaging and e-mail. "Opt-In" to text messages when you receive a text. Or, you can simply opt-in to receive text messages by texting YES to the number 67587 now. The expanded service calls multiple phone numbers for all associated parents/guardians. You can choose how you would like to be contacted by using the new SchoolMessenger infoCenter website or infoCenter mobile app for Android and iOS. Review the Parents Guide to infoCenter (http://bit.ly/sm-infocenter) for instructions.

  • Volunteer in our School!

    Online volunteer registration can be completed during school hours at any Wake County Public School building. All returning volunteers must re-register prior to October 31st to ensure that there is no break in eligibility. Prospective volunteers will submit to a background check prior to approval by WCPSS to volunteer. Volunteer clearance may take 2-3 weeks for final approval before a volunteer is eligible.

  • Here Comes the Bus! The App from WCPSS Transportation

    WCPSS Transportation uses an app for smartphones/devices to allow parents to track their assigned bus on its route. Download "Here Comes the Bus": from the App Store or Google Play. Register at https://bit.ly/2AuW9Sd with School Code 67500 and your child's Student ID.   • Kindergarten Registration & Orientation

    For Rising Kindergarten families, information about Kindergarten readiness and starting school at Alston Ridge is available in the 2019-2020 Orientation Presentation (click "Read More" below for active link). Registration for the upcoming school year is open for kindergarten and for incoming students who will be in grades 1-5. Please register as soon as possible to be ready for the first day of school in July! Registration for 2020-2021 can be started online through the WCPSS Office of Student Assignment, and completed in-person only on Mondays from 10 AM-2 PM.
