Team Hawks’ ultimate goal is shaping and preparing 8th graders for 9th grade. We are providing support and tools for students to be prepared for high school. Therefore, we do not tolerate any negative behaviors that will hinder our ultimate goal.

Another goal is to build a community of learners who are able to collaborate, communicate, critically think, and create long-lasting memories of their education.

Lastly, the goal is to build a strong relationship with our partners (families) to ensure that each student is experiencing a grand education while on our team.

These goals benefit each student, because each student will be held accountable for knowing what they are learning in each class, each student will understand the high expectations for being successful in each of their classes, and each student is representing their family’s value for education in a way that reflects good behavior throughout the year.
