Access your student’s Individual Student Report for fall End-of-Course (EOC) test results

Families of students who took the English II, Math 1 and/or Math 3 EOC tests this fall are now able to view their child’s Individual Student Report (ISR) in PowerSchool. Biology EOC scores will not be available until this summer because this is a new assessment.

 

Transition and Community Agency Fair on Feb. 6 for middle and high school students with special needs

Attendees can engage with representatives from a wide variety of community services agencies and learn more about guardianship and adult services available after graduation. The event will be held on Feb. 6 from 5 to 7:30 p.m. at Cary High School, 638 Walnut St.

 

Explore the Triangle Camps, Track-Out and More Spring Directory 

Explore youth-oriented camps, track-out opportunities, and other enrichment activities available to our students in our district and the surrounding areas. A paper copy will be sent home from school with elementary students soon. The directory is also provided in each school’s main office, Wake County Public Libraries, and other local businesses. High school seniors: Apply now for the Future Teachers Program

If you intend to pursue a K-12 teaching career with our district, apply now for our Future Teachers Program. WCPSS Future Teachers receive guaranteed job offers, tailored professional learning, and stipends of up to $4,500 over four years. Learn more and apply now through April 10.

 

Submit nominations for WCPSS Speech-Language Pathologist of the Year Award by Feb. 28

School-based Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) are skilled professionals who have an essential role in helping students with communication challenges meet academic performance standards. Nominate an SLP for the inaugural WCPSS Speech-Language Pathologist of the Year Award by Feb. 28! Eligible SLPs have worked for our district for at least three years.

Acceda al Informe Estudiantil Individual de su estudiante para conocer los resultados de los exámenes de fin de curso (EOC) de otoño

Las familias de los estudiantes que tomaron los exámenes EOC de English II, Math 1 y/o Math 3 este otoño ahora pueden ver el Informe Estudiantil Individual (ISR, por sus siglas en inglés) de sus estudiantes en Power School. El 6 de febrero es la Feria de Transición y Agencias de la Comunidad para estudiantes con necesidades especiales de la escuela intermedia y secundaria

Los asistentes pueden interactuar con representantes de una amplia variedad de agencias de servicios comunitarios y aprender más sobre la tutela y los servicios para adultos disponibles después de la graduación. El evento se llevará a cabo en la Escuela Secundaria Cary ubicada en 638 Walnut St., el 6 de febrero de 5 a 7:30 p.m.

Los patólogos del habla y el lenguaje (SLP, por sus siglas en inglés) escolares son profesionales capacitados que tienen un papel esencial para ayudar a los estudiantes con dificultades de comunicación a cumplir con los estándares de desempeño académico. ¡Nomine a un  SLP para el premio inaugural del Patólogo del Habla y Lenguaje del Año de WCPSS antes del 28 de febrero! Son elegibles los SLP que han trabajado para WCPSS durante al menos tres años.
