Helping Your Child Prepare for Testing

• Ensure they get plenty of sleep and a good breakfast before their test. 
• Help them arrive at school by 9:15 on testing days. 
• Remind them that they have spent the year learning the material that will be on the tests, which are opportunities to show what they know. 
• Encourage them to try their best and use the strategies they've learned this year.
