NO Drop Off on Pond Street
Thank you to parents who have seen my email and stopped dropping off on Pond Street. If you are still dropping off here, even when you see staff, we are asking you to please STOP! There is only one place to drop off and pick up students. Please consider the message it sends to our students when the adults are not following procedures.

Exciting changes have come to Wake County Public Libraries! As of January 2nd, Wake County Public Libraries have gone Late Fine Free. They have also updated checkout and renewal policies. As part of the transition WCPL has cleared previous fines from all patron accounts. It's the perfect time to go visit the new Cary Regional Branch!
STEAM Night Reflections
Thank you to all who attended! We had a wonderful time spending the evening with you all! If you attended and did not complete an End of Night Survey, please use this link to provide us with your feedback. We are looking forward to our next Family Engagement event on March 12th.
WCPSS Child Nutrition Services wants families to know that they can apply online to qualify for free and reduced-price school meals.
Families who have a student receiving meals benefits from the 2018-19 school year need to know that those benefits will expire soon.
Please find information that best describes your child’s school and you will find the date that benefits expired on October 8th. Families can reapply or apply for the first time. The process is easy. Applications can be completed online.
Families can go online to www.wcpss.net/meals to determine if their students qualify and to complete the online application. Families will find information about the application, frequently asked questions and the online application.
Families may also visit their school where paper applications will be available.
WCPSS Child Nutrition Services wants to make sure all qualified families enroll for free and reduced-price meals.
It is hard to believe but we are already thinking about next year. It is time to register your Kindergartner for school. If they are turning 5 on or before August 31st please go ahead and get them registered. This helps us prepare for next year. We have information on our website or you can use this link.
When your child goes for a check up and gets new immunizations please drop a copy off to the front office so we can update their record.
