WCPSS is launching the Panorama Parent Survey on Monday, April 4th
Wake County Public Schools is administering a District Wide Family Survey from Monday, April 4 through Friday, May 6. This survey provides families the opportunity to provide valuable information and a high-quality data source for planning and School Improvement.
The survey has been translated into various languages; Spanish, Arabic, French, Korean, Vietnamese, and Chinese in an effort to provide accessibility to families in Wake County Public Schools. The survey administration language can be chosen by families before taking the survey. The link to the survey will be shared with all families on Monday, April 4th
Teacher placements for 22-23 feedback is welcome (repeated from last week)
As we begin to look towards the 22-23 school year, we are excited to have the opportunity as a singe track 4 school, to work towards creating balanced classes and ensuring the right teacher fit for each child. While it is not possible to honor requests for specific teachers, we do welcome your input into this process, Feedback will be accepted until the end of April. Please email Ms. Simmons at firstname.lastname@example.org with any input your would like to share regarding the following parameters:
PTA nominating committee- (repeated from last week)
The PTA will need members to serve on the nominating committee to help us elect new officers. Please email Linda Finnell at email@example.com if you are interested in helping!.
We are getting ready to gear up for spring planting! Many of our 1st and 2nd grade classes have adopted a greenhouse to help us grow our seedlings. If students are currently tracked out, please know that those classes will help us plant seeds directly into the ground. Some of the 4th and 5th grade student ambassadors will be helping to water, weed, and maintain the plants after the seeds are planted.
If you are currently cleaning up your own garden and find that you want to clean out or divide some of your plants- they would be a welcome addition to the garden. If you have any extra bags of dirt or pavers that you no longer need, those would be welcome as well. Please contact Jennifer Vaughan at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can make arrangements to receive your donations. Thank you in advance!
