I live in Wake Forest with my husband and youngest daughter. We enjoy kayaking, paddleboarding, and living life to the fullest! I am rewarded daily as I watch teachers grow and in turn watch their students grow. One teacher can make a difference in the life of a student and I'm grateful to be a part of that success every day!

Assistant Principal - Grade 8
Mrs. Monica Noa, Assistant Principal
My name is Monica Noa and I am thrilled to introduce myself as the 8th Grade Assistant Principal at Neuse River Middle School! I am honored to be returning due to our commitment to providing a rich learning environment where students can explore, learn, and grow. Over the past eleven years, I have worked as a classroom teacher, magnet coordinator, and AIG coordinator. However, my most important role has always been as an advocate for children and ensuring that they receive a high-quality education. This year I will get to know you, encourage you, support you, possibly challenge your thinking, and most importantly learn from you! I look forward to serving you this upcoming school year!
The achievement that I am most proud of is a personal one. I am the mother of an amazing and energetic son, Christopher. As you get to know me, you will see that I treat students as if they were my own and I will work diligently to ensure that all students at Neuse River Middle School have the best possible learning experience every day!
