2025-2026 Lunch Passes
Step 1: Please print, complete and notarize the Student Lunch Pass Application
Step 2: Please complete the Lunch Pass Questionnaire, to help expedite the process during the scheduled pickup dates. Please note this does not replace the application, which must still be completed separately. Students need to complete the form while logged into their WakeID account.
Step 3: Incomplete Student Off-Campus Lunch applications will not be accepted. Please be sure to read and complete all required sections of the application prior to submitting it in-person on the scheduled dates listed on the application.
Lunch Passes can be picked up during the following times at school:
August 7th 8:00am - 11:30am & 12:30pm - 2:00pm SENIORS ONLY in Cafeteria
August 8h 8:00am - 11:30am & 12:30pm - 2:00pm JUNIORS ONLY in Cafeteria
August 12th 8:00am - 11:30am in Front office
August 13th 8:00am - 11:30am in Front office
- Due to system issues, we will only be accepting exact cash or checks for payments this year. Please make checks payable to Willow Spring High School. If the online payment system becomes available before the scheduled pickup dates, we will notify you, and you will have the option to pay online.
- We will not be processing lunch passes from 8/22/25-8/29/25. During this time, teachers and students are returning, and the office staff will be focused on opening school operations.
- Beginning September 2, 2025, students may visit the main office before school, during lunch or after school to submit and process lunch passes.
