Degrees and Certifications:

Amy Neal

I’m a Wake County transplant but very glad to be here!  I grew up in South Carolina and got my undergraduate degree in Special Education from Winthrop College in 1988.  I got my masters degrees in Learning Disabilities from Western Carolina University in 2012.  I have been in the field of Special Education for 33 years.  22 of those years have been in North Carolina.  My heart is all about working with children with special needs.

I have an older brother and an older sister.   My mother is and always has been one of the most influential people in my life.  I am very blessed to still have her here on earth with us.

When I’m not working, I can be found working in my yard, riding my motorcycle, hanging out with friends, or traveling.  I have 3 dogs (Baxter, Radar, and Liberty) and 2 cats (Gizmo and Cleo).
