I am Mrs. Castellanos. I am originally from Mexico. I attended Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara, where I got a major in Tourism Business Administration and a minor in Teaching. I started working at private colleges, where my passion for teaching foreign languages ignited. I taught for over 20 years in middle and high school. My husband was relocated from Mexico to the U.S. -- first to California, and then four years later to North Carolina. We have two daughters Andrea (22) and Carolina (18). We rescued two dogs (Heff and Annie).
I feel delighted to be able to share this cultural journey through the Spanish language with my students; and hopefully, we can meet in our classroom soon one day. Meanwhile, be safe and remember -- I am here to help.
