My name is Joleen Haynes. I  teach first grade.  I received my bachelors from Illinois State University in Dance Education.  I completed my elementary teaching certification at ECU. Prior to teaching, I worked in the Learning and Development field as a corporate trainer, so I have always been teaching someone!  I am hoping to pursue my National Boards in the next few years.

I love trying new restaurants around the triangle. I also enjoy paddleboarding on the many lakes in the area.
