The Cecilia Rawlins Fund

The Cecilia Rawlins Fund (CRF) was established to honor esteemed principal Cecilia Rawlins, who retired in 2007 after 15 years at the helm of Wiley International Magnet Elementary School in Raleigh, North Carolina.  Ms. Rawlins selflessly provided assistance to families in need throughout her career and believed in nurturing the whole child. This fund is to ensure her commitment to our children and families continues at Wiley by providing support to students in need and families in crisis. Please visit the CRF website to learn more. 

The Wiley Elementary Foundation

The Wiley Elementary Foundation supports the long-term sustainability of the school’s award-winning International Studies magnet program. We do this by providing the school with resources to recruit and retain teachers and staff essential to Wiley’s unique, inclusive culture and who provide benefits to every Wiley student.
