Hello! My name is Kristen Hackbarth, and I am so excited for the upcoming school year! This will be my 4th year as a 5th grade teacher at Oakview! 

I grew up in Burlington, NC before moving off to Wilmington for college. In 2016, I graduated from UNCW with a degree in elementary education with a concentration in math and technology. I then moved to Raleigh to begin my teaching career in Wake County. Outside of school, I enjoy the beach, being outside (running, walking, etc), and hanging out with friends and family. I am looking forward to another #owlsome year!
