• Return to In-Person Learning 

    Hello Wildcat Families,

    November 16, begins another phase in on our return to in-person instruction.  First, all Plan B students in PreK through Third Grade will be in school, except on Remote Learning Days.  There are no more cohort rotations for these grade levels. The calendar can be found on the school’s website. School starts at 9:15am and dismisses at 4:00pm

    Fourth and Fifth Grade Students will begin their rotation cycle, following the schedule below:

    • 4th and 5th Grade Cohort A/1 on campus on November 16th, 17th, 19th and 20th.
    • Nov 18th  is a Remote Learning Day.  All PreK through 5th Grade students are online. Students are not on campus.
    • Nov 23rd and 24 are Remote Learning Days. All PreK through 5th Grade students are online. Students are not on campus.
    • 4th and 5th Grade Cohort B/2 on campus on Nov 30, Dec 1st, 3rd and 4th
    • Dec 2nd is a Remote Learning Day. All PreK through 5th Grade students are online. Students are not on campus.
    • 4th and 5th Grade Cohort C/3 on campus on Dec 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th and 11th
    • 4th and 5th Grade Cohort A/1 on campus on Dec 14th, 15th, 17th and 18th
    • Dec 16th  is a Remote Learning Day.  All PreK through 5th Grade students are online. Students are not on campus.
    • Dec 21st and 22nd  are Remote Learning Days. All PreK through 5th Grade students are online. Students are not on campus.
    • Track out begins at the end of the day on Dec 22.  Students will return on January 25, 2021.

    In preparation of sending your student to school,we encourage all families to review the following information found on the WCPSS Return to Campus Website

    What to Bring to School (Students do not need any school supplies)

    • Everyday
      • Facemasks (1 worn and 1 extra in backpack)
      • Backpack
      • Reusable Water Bottle (Labeled with Name)
      • Technology Device (WCPSS Chromebook or Personal BYOD)
        • Fully charged device, plus a charger
      • Math/Language Arts Packets (3rd Grade EL books)

    Student Accountability and Required Health Protocols Form

    WCPSS sent a communication regarding Student Accountability and Required Health Protocols.  Families and students were asked to complete and sign the acknowledgement page of the document and return it to their school.     Please complete this form and returned to the main office, either in your child's backpack when they come to campus, by mail or scan and send as an email.

    • November 9-16th
    • All proceeds from this fair will go directly to our school library to purchase eBooks that can be enjoyed at home and at school
    • Books delivered directly to your house at no charge for orders of $25 dollars or more

    Reminders

     
    • Any student showing symptoms of COVID-19 will be removed from class and will be sent home immediately.
    • On Remote Learning Days - All students are online and out of the building.
