WCPSS Volunteer Reminder:
Volunteer application process update
Thanks to all of the parents we have seen helping throughout the building. You must register to volunteer in order to help with small groups or chaperones on field trips. Please do not wait to get this done! Please contact Mrs. Lanning to check the status of your application if you have not received clearance yet or if you have additional questions about volunteering. “
Helpful Tip #1: Students need 9-11 hours of sleep every night.
“ It’s natural for parents to want to do all that they can to support their children in school. Given the importance of sleep for academic performance, parents can make promoting good sleep a pillar of their child’s learning.”
Here is an article that talks about the importance of sleep.
