Before and After School Care

Both the before and after school programs still have spaces available.  Monthly cost for before school is $94.65 plus registration and after school is $108.17 plus registration.   If you're interested in enrolling your student, please contact Tbartle@wcpss.net (before school) or bsimmons3@wcpss.net(after school).   

Breakfast, Lunch, and Snack

Parents, we know everyone is concerned about the safety and wellbeing of our students. With that in mind, BES staff has worked hard this week to adjust breakfast,  lunch, and snack in order to remain vigilant. 

Thank you to everyone who has donated mats and towels to support our efforts! 

Breakfast is using the cafeteria in 15-minute shifts. Students can eat in one of three-time slots depending on arrival. 8:45, 9:15, or 9:30. Students sit in seats that are six feet apart and have 15 minutes to eat breakfast. Once the first group is finished the next group is given a chance to eat.   There are never more than 40 students fed at a time. 

Lunch will be in the cafeteria (44 seats) and media center (42 seats) remaining six feet apart at all times. This allows for less transitions while still remaining safe. If we see any safety concerns we will transition outside. Classes will rotate between the two areas.

Snacks will be outside daily using their mats or towels. If weather does not permit we will use the cafeteria and media center.

Extra Snacks at Lunch

The cafeteria is selling additional snacks. Students who choose to purchase snacks need to please put money on their accounts. Here is the link to add funds.
