Ms. Benton and I want to take a minute to thank all of our teachers, students, and parents who have shown perseverance, love, open mindedness, and bravery in such a new landscape. As we embark on the Remote Learning Adventure we have seen growth, challenges and change. We are appreciative of your grace, patience, kindness, and understanding.We hope you are all staying safe and healthy.

BES Remote Learning Schedule
Here is a copy of the schedule for Briarcliff ES students. We understand that some families may need to adjust their times based on their schedules and personal situations. We are asking that every student participate in the activities that will be provided in their teacher’s Google Classroom.
Specialist
Please make sure your child has gotten the google classroom code for our specialist from their classroom teacher. They are doing some amazing things in music, art, pe, media, technology and STEAM. Be sure to join them daily from 10:30-11:00!
UNC-TV Learning Opportunity
UNC-TV and the NC Department of Public Instruction are expanding their educational programming for all students PreK through grade 12. This will be especially useful for students who have not yet accessed digital resources for remote learning. Please click here to access the information and schedules.

Blossoming Bulldogs SPRING into READING!!!
Our reading challenge for April is to read 15-20 minutes EVERYDAY. There is time built into the Remote Learning Schedule for this. If we hit 100,000 minutes we will have a Virtual Dance Party with all of the teachers. Please feel free to print this form to keep track. At the end of the month we will have you fill out the same form you did above for March.
