PTA Announcements:

With support from the United Arts Council of Raleigh & Wake County, along with our school's PTA, we are excited to be bringing Shannon Newby, a visual artist to Wakefield at the end of January/beginning of February. Shannon will work with our 4th and 5th grade students on a week long 3D Coral Reef Installation Sculpture that will be hung on completion in our school library for our school population to enjoy!

We are seeking enthusiastic parent/adult/community member volunteers to assist with various aspects of the project, including setup, student assistance, and clean-up. Your time will be invaluable in making this project a success!

If you are interested in contributing your time and energy to this wonderful initiative, please sign up for a volunteer spot through our sign-up genius here
That's all for now!!!!! Gooooo Eagles!!!!!
