You are receiving this message because you signed your student up initially to attend our Harris Creek Virtual Academy for the full school year. The window opens tomorrow for the families that did not sign up for the full year to go ahead and sign up for the spring semester if they would like to receive schooling through the Virtual Academy.
If you plan to continue with Virtual Academy for the Spring Semester, you do NOT need to do anything because you are already signed up.
If you have decided that you no longer want Virtual Academy in the Spring and want to come back to school in person, you must email Mrs. Sanchez at email@example.com or call the school at 919-217-5100 to speak to Mrs. Sanchez no later than 12-9-20. After this deadline, only severe circumstances will be reviewed for a potential change. Starting 12-10, class lists will be updated for the Spring semester and parents will be notified of potential teacher changes by the first week in January.
We initially planned for Virtual Academy full year students to have the same teacher for the full year, and that continues to be our plan unless something unexpected occurs.
