Volunteer Breakfast Friday, May 17 8:30 - 9:30
As a small token of our immense appreciation for your dedication and invaluable contributions to the Wiley community, we cordially invite all volunteers to a special breakfast on Friday, May 17th. Following a week of exceptional appreciation and recognition, we could not let the year end without expressing our gratitude to you, our wonderful volunteers.
Join us from 8:30 to 9:30 AM as we celebrate and honor your commitment to making Wiley a better place. To assist with planning, we ask that you reach out to your child's homeroom teacher to confirm your attendance.
Congratulations Stacey Smith!
On Tuesday, Stacey Smith our Instructional Facilitator, was approved as the new assistant principal of Hunter Elementary. Stacey has been an integral part of the Wiley family for the past nine years. While we are saddened to bid her farewell, we are incredibly proud to know that she will be embarking on an exciting new journey as an assistant principal.
As Stacey moves forward to embrace this next chapter in her career, we know that, like our students, Wiley has equipped her with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to take action and change the world.
Please join us in extending our heartfelt gratitude and best wishes to Stacey as she embarks on this exciting new adventure.

TEK Lion King Drama Summer Camp
The African savannah comes to life on the stage with Simba, Rafiki, and an unforgettable cast of characters as they journey from Pride Rock to the jungle and back again in this inspiring coming-of-age tale. Join us for a week of camp where we will act, dance, sing and do set and prop making, and produce our own musical! Camp will be held on 8/5 - 8/9 from 9 am - 3 pm at Root Elementary and is open to all rising 3rd - 6th graders. Cost: $400. Registration and more information can be found on the TEK website.
Lost and Found
Please check out the current Lost and Found inventory. You may claim your item(s) in the Lost and Found Room in the cafeteria.
Dreambox Usage
Students are expected to complete at least 5 lessons a week in Dreambox. A Harvard University study has shown that just 60 minutes of DreamBox lessons per week can fast-track your students up to two grade levels in a year. We recommend that students complete five or more lessons per week with DreamBox Learning because students who complete five lessons each week show more math growth than those who complete fewer lessons. One lesson takes about 15 minutes. Dreambox is adaptive and constantly responding to the skills and understanding of your child. Having your child complete at least one Dreambox lesson a week can help your child’s teacher better understand their need, extend their learning, and/or address learning gaps.
