    Hello PUE Families,

Even though it has been a short week, it has been action-packed at PUE. A big shoutout to our awesome 3rd graders on Tracks 2 & 4 for putting on a great Veterans Day Concert on Monday. We look forward to hearing Tracks 1 & 3 perform later in the month. Speaking of track 3, we are excited to have you back in school on Monday, 11/13 and hope that track 2 has an awesome trackout and Thanksgiving Holiday.

    PRINCIPAL UPDATES

    Hello PUE Families,

Thank you, thank you, thank you! With your support, our annual Boosterthon Fun Run raised over $43,000! This goes a long way in supporting our PTA and PUE directly. Since we did reach our goal of $40,000, the students got to watch me get slimed on Monday afternoon. For those who missed it, Ms. McNeill will also get slimed once Tr. 3 returns to school.

An important reminder that next week is a short week and a track-out week. There will be no school for students on Tuesday, 11/7 and Friday, 11/10. Also, Thursday, 11/9 is Tr. 2's track-out day. We look forward to Tr. 3 returning to us on 11/13.

Lastly, as we approach Veterans Day, November 11, we ask that any family that has Veterans (living, deceased, retired) and also folks actively serving, please share a photo and short bio about them for us to post for our “Hero Wall” in our school lobby. Here is a link to a form you can print and use as your guide. Hello PUE Families,

Track 4 has had an amazing track in week as well as a fun week of completing Boosterthon activities. A big reminder about next week as we approach Halloween: students are not permitted to wear costumes this upcoming week. There are several days where individual classes may get some type of fun dress up day for Boosterthon, but Halloween costumes are not included in that. We appreciate your understanding.

A HUGE thank you to our PUE Families and community for such a show-out of support these past few weeks. So far, our school has raised over $30,000! Track 4's Fun Run will be on 10/30 at 9:30. Click here to register for Boosterthon. Our goal is still to hit $40,000 and, as much as I don't want to tell anyone, if we hit that goal I have agreed to get slimed by the students which has gotten them pretty excited.
