Welcome parents and students!  My name is Gregg Graves, and I will be your child's 6th grade school counselor.  I earned my undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland and my graduate degree in counseling from N.C. State University.  I have been a professional educator since 1990 where I began my career as a third grade teacher in Silver Spring, Maryland. For the past eighteen years I have been a school counselor at three different Wake County Schools.  I am truly thrilled to be your child's sixth grade counselor.  I look forward to providing quality counseling services which will include classroom guidance, small group and individual counseling.  I will also be involved in parent-teacher conferences, IEP meetings, and 504 meetings.  Please feel free to contact me via e-mail, phone call or in person whenever you need assistance.  Best wishes to you and your child during this special transition to middle school.
