Ms. Paige Ruland
Hello everyone! My name is Paige Ruland and I am the School Psychologist that will be serving Aversboro Elementary and Fuquay-Varina Elementary School this year! I am thrilled to begin this new journey as part of the Wake County Public School System and look forward to collaborating with school administration and staff throughout the 2021-2022 school year!
Prior to pursing my masters degree, I worked as an Exceptional Children’s Teacher for 3 years, serving students in kindergarten-4th grade in Northampton County Schools.
I’m originally from Harrisburg, PA, though my family currently lives in New Hampshire. I obtained my undergraduate degree in Psychology from Gettysburg College and recently graduated with my Masters in School Psychology from NC State. (Go Pack!) In my free time, I enjoy cooking/baking, reading, and staying active. I also love exploring new restaurants and walking/hiking trails in the area!
To ease into a new school year, I will be following the same schedule Ms. Heath previously followed:
* Aversboro: Tuesday & Thursday
* FVES: Monday & Wednesday (Fri. alt.)
