Ms. Ehrenbock is thrilled to join the second grade team at Wiley! She is a Raleigh native who attended North Carolina State University for undergrad. She loved NC State (Go Wolfpack!) so much that she went back and received her Master's in Teaching and Elementary Education. This is Ms. Ehrenbock's second year in 2nd grade and has previously taught middle school Spanish and K-3 intervention. She has always wanted to be a teacher and is excited to be a part of the Wiley community.
Ms. Ehrenbock has traveled to Peru, Guatemala, Austria, Italy, Hungary, and Germany. Her favorite country so far has been Peru because of the diverse landscape and outdoor activities! Ms. Ehrenbock loves to hike, enjoy a good cup of coffee, and play tennis. During the holidays, she likes to visit her family in Colorado.
Ms. Ehrenbock hopes to foster a growth mindset and instill the love of lifelong learning with each of her students. She believes all students deserve a high quality education that prepares them for a 21st century economy. This is why Goal #4 from the UN 2030 Sustainable Development Goals speaks to her the the most, to "ensure inclusive and quality education for all".
