Hello, Rolesville MS Families! This is Ms. Cooper with a weekly update.  I hope you all had a wonderful weekend!

• End of Year Event Dates:  Parents, please make sure these dates are on your calendar. 23-24 EOY Dates
• 8-4 Promotion Ceremony Time Change: The 8/4 Promotion/Awards Ceremony start time has changed from 10:00AM to 10:30AM. The time change is due to our observations from the 8/1 ceremony. The length of time it took to complete the ceremony and allow for parents to take pictures at the end would cause a major conflict between Track 3 and Track 4 if we kept the Track 4 time at 10:00AM. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause but we wanted to make sure this event goes as smoothly as possible so that experience will be a great memory for the students and families.

• Summer Camp Opportunity: Maritime Explorer Club
• Yearbooks: Strawbridge has reopened the website for ordering yearbooks.  If you did not get a chance to purchase a yearbook earlier in the year, go to https://strawbridge.fotomerchanthv.com/search/YB29059
• EOG Retesting Letter: Parents, please read and complete the survey if you would like for your student to return to retest for the EOG.  This opportunity is for students who do not score a Level 3 or higher on the initial test. 23-24 Retesting Letter
• Online Cash Payments: Please register for online payments, if you plan to use it during the upcoming school year. You will need to register and there is an app you can download. WCPSS is moving all school to this system for the 24-25 school year.  https://wcpss.schoolcashonline.com/

• Volunteer Registration Sign-Up: Parents who are interested in volunteering and/or chaperoning this school year, please log on this LINK and register.  Parents you must complete this process each school year.  You do not have to come into the school to register.
