WCPSS Parents and Guardians,

This spring, students in grades 5-13 will be asked to complete the annual WCPSS Student Engagement Survey. Your child will be given an opportunity to complete this survey during the school day. 

The survey includes questions about their school experience, including topics such as teacher-student relationships, relevance of school work, and future aspirations and goals.

The results of this survey help our school monitor our School Improvement Plans, and help the district track student perceptions about their educational experiences. Student responses to individual questions are not shared with the school.

If you would prefer your child NOT complete the survey, please contact your child’s homeroom teacher by the following dates:

• Track 1: By April 4, 2025

• Tracks 3 and 4: By March 28, 2025

The survey will be offered to students to complete during the following weeks by tracks:

• Tracks 1 and 3: Week of April 7, 2025

• Track 4: Week of April 21, 2025
