As we end our 2021-2022 school year, we are grateful to so many. Our committed faculty, staff, students, and families supported our efforts to start strong, stay strong, and finish strong!

An exciting congratulations goes out to Ms. Gloria Butler. Ms.Butler is retiring from education at the end of this school year. She has been an amazing asset to our school and education. She is leaving a legacy of loving, learning, leading and her presence will be greatly missed! Once a Leopard, always a Leopard! Wishing her the very best on a well-deserved retirement!

 

Our May Faculty/Staff Member of the Month recipient was Ms. Magali Diaz, our receptionist! We appreciate her dedication to Lead Mine - as do many! Congrats Magali!

 

Our Assistant Principal has joined the ranks of the 'Mrs.' - congratulations to Ms. Hudson on becoming Mrs. Weller!

Final Week of School

• Tuesday is our final Family Night Out Event. Click here to learn more.
• The 5th Grade Promotion Ceremony is the evening of Thursday, June 9th. This is a ticketed event. Due to capacity limits, only those with a ticket will be permitted to enter.
• Friday, June 10th is the last day of school. 
• All student items left on the final day of school will be kept in the front office for pick up between 9:00am-3:00pm until June 18th and will then be discarded.

School Meals

Universal school meals will end on June 30, 2022. 

Prices are projected to increase from $1.25 to $1.50 for breakfast and $2.75 to $3.00 for lunch.

First Day of School

Mark your calendars! Grades 1st through 5th will begin school on Monday, August 29, 2022. Kindergartners will be assigned one staggered entry day that week and then start full time on Tuesday, September 6, 2022.

 

Early Release Days for 2022-2023

School will dismiss at 1:00 on the following dates next school year:
