Welcome September - 9.3.21 Memo
Leopard Families,
Let us start this long weekend by expressing an attitude of gratitude! Thank you to all the families that have banded together to donate air purifiers, or money towards purifiers, for the many spaces inside our building! Thank you to the thoughtful families who are providing hydration to our PM duty station leaders! Thank you to the generous family who took the time and purchased the materials to spruce up our Always Dreaming Play Space! Thank you to the family who dropped off a donation of a variety of kitchen items including coffee K-cups, Solo cups, paper towels, and paper plates! Together we are better!
In addition to the generosity of our families, our faculty and staff have given tirelessly over the past two weeks to ensure we are providing our Little Leopards with a safe, happy, healthy learning environment...THANK YOU Faculty, Staff, and their families - Lead Mine is because of YOU ALL!
Now it is your turn...CLICK HERE to nominate a faculty or staff member you have observed LOVING, LEARNING, & LEADING. Nominations will be taken and one faculty or staff member recognized as our September Faculty/Staff Member of the Month!
This weeks' reminders include:
Monday, September 6 - No School for Students or Staff
Tuesday, September 7 - No School for Students
Thursday, September 9 - 3rd Grade Beginning of Grade Reading Test
NOTE: Our school website has many upcoming events posted, as well as the weekly message you are reading...please check the website frequently for new information. CLICK HERE to view the website.
Chromebooks - helpful hint from a mother (me) who plugged into the incorrect port...our chromebook charging ports are on the left side of the chromebooks. If charged overnight, student should have a charged chromebook for their day at school. The port on the right (USB) is not charging the device :o).
Please take some time to enjoy your families this long weekend. We thank you in advance for making safe, healthy choices so that we can have a strong return to campus on Wednesday.

There are processes in place for the many situations that may occur. Should you need to be contacted, the school/district/health department will do so. We thank you in advance for understanding the confidentiality of our faculty, staff, and students.
