Please review the messages from the Mine for this week:

• READvolution - Have your child read and log their books/minutes on their Wake ID Portal READvolution Button and they will have the chance to win Carolina Hurricanes Hockey Tickets and our school will have the chance to win a whole school field trip to watch a Carolina Hurricanes Hockey practice! Read Leopards Read!
• CARPOOL CELL PHONE USAGE - for the safety of all our learners and our staff, please REFRAIN from using cell phones while moving through the carpool line.
• TEACHER WORK DAY - Wednesday, October 9th is a Teacher Work Day and there will be no school for students.
• ELECTION DAY - Tuesday, October 8th in the Lead Mine gym. Please be prepared for increased traffic in the bus loop area due to our campus being an election site.
• THANK YOU - We all appreciate all visitors for their diligence in signing in at the front office and obtaining a visitor sticker. This helps us to know who is in our building at all times.

• DÍA DE TRABAJO DEL MAESTRO - El miércoles 9 de octubre es un día de trabajo del maestro y no habrá escuela para los estudiantes.
• DÍA DE ELECCIONES - Martes 8 de octubre en el gimnasio Lead Mine. Esté preparado para el aumento de tráfico en el área del circuito de autobuses debido a que nuestro plantel es un sitio de elección.
• GRACIAS: todos apreciamos a todos los visitantes por su diligencia al registrarse en la oficina y obtener una calcomanía de visitante. Esto nos ayuda a saber quién está en nuestro edificio en todo momento.
