Happy Friday Wakelon Families!

This is Mrs. Nealy, your Wakelon Principal with our weekly updates!  Our students enjoyed our Hispanic Heritage activities that took place on Tuesday.  Thank you so much to all of the parents who volunteered to come and read with our students!

Fall Pictures Retakes:  We will host Makeup and Retake pictures on Friday, October 25th.  If your child wasn’t able to take a picture or if you would like for your child to retake their fall picture, please send them to school with their best smiles on Friday.

October Character Celebration: We are looking forward to recognizing our students who were chosen for October Character Recognition. This recognition will take place Friday, October 25th at 9:30 in our school’s Media Center.   If your child is being recognized, you will receive a personal invitation from your child’s teacher.  We look forward to seeing you!

Message from PTA: The School Spiritwear sale began this week.  Parents/Guardians can and are encouraged to order online at: https://wakelon2024.itemorder.com/shop/home/.  Paper forms were sent home with each student.  If you choose to order via the paper form, please submit them by Thursday, October 31, 2024.
