The entire week is as follows:

Morning Arrival Change: Students were made aware of a change to morning arrival last week which we are starting on Monday. To provide additional social time to students, we will have students report to the gym or cafeteria (if eating breakfast) when they arrive to campus. We will dismiss students from those locations to 1st period. All school expectations are in place during this time, including cell phones being off and away. We hope that this change can provide some additional social time for students.

Athletics This Week: All games begin at 4pm unless otherwise noted.

Wednesday   Volleyball and Soccer vs Oberlin

Thursday      Football vs Oberlin (at Broughton High School with kickoff at 5:30)

Reminder that e-tickets for home and away games can be found on the Martin Athletic website under the Martin HQ tab

Carpool Reminders: Families using morning and afternoon carpool are reminded of our procedures. Please drop off and pick up students in the parking lot along the gym only. Do not use Horton Street (either side) as your drop off or pick up location. This creates an unsafe environment for students and motorists and slows down carpool.

From the PTA: The ALL Fun No Fuss Fall Fundraiser officially kicks off on Monday and runs through October 21st. This year’s goal is $32,000 with 100% of the funds supporting students, staff, and programming. The PTA also hopes to fund at least one of the following:

New sound system for the gymnasium

          Mounted projector for the auditorium

          Outdoor learning space

Carpool Crazies will be out each morning to collect your donations. You won’t be able to miss them!

Penny Wars kicks off on Monday with the winning grade level earning a donut party. More details and rules can be found here.
