FIELD TRIPS
Students are excited for their upcoming field trips. WCPSS is now using School Cash Online for field trip payments. Register in the new system to pay online. FIRE SAFETY DAY
The Town of Morrisville Fire Department will host its annual Fire Safety Day for the community on Saturday, October 5, 10 AM – 2 PM at Park West Village. Families and students are invited to join this event.
SCHOOL UPDATES
VOLUNTEERS: Make sure that your family has registered to volunteer before the Oct 1 deadline. Visit Volunteering in WCPSS to learn more about volunteer renewal or apply to be a first-time volunteer.
ANGEL ACCOUNT: Help a student in need! Individuals or organizations that want to donate to the Districtwide Angel Fund to help students who don't have enough money to purchase their school meals can complete this form to send with their donation, and those that want to engage others in their community in this effort can use this flyer for outreach. STATE FAIR: The State Fair is October 17 – 27. Purchase advance tickets online at ncstatefair.org and support the school. Simply enter 504 under “Membership” at check-out on the “Tools for Schools” link. For every Adult and Child FastTrack Gate Admission Ticket purchased online using the Morrisville Elementary school code (504) before October 17, the State Fair will donate to our school.

TARDIES: Families, if you are arriving late to school after 9:15 AM please park and come to the front door with your child so you can sign them in to school tardy. We need an adult present to sign the student in.
ABSENCES: If your child is absent from school, be sure to send a written note to your child’s teacher when they return. Thank you for helping us keep everyone safe and healthy!
