Trunk or Treat and Movie Night Was a Huge Success
We want to express our immense gratitude to the Parkside PTA for organizing an incredibly successful Trunk or Treat and Movie Night! It's estimated that approximately 1,000 individuals participated in these fu filled events. We extend our heartfelt appreciation to the parents who creatively decorated their trunks and passed out candy, as well as to the families who generously contributed candy. Your support was absolutely essential, and we are truly grateful for it!
Keeping Kids Home When They Are Sick
As we approach the cold and flu season, it is important to uphold a health-conscious atmosphere and minimize the transmission of illnesses. We kindly request that you keep your child at home if they are unwell. If your child has a fever, please make sure they remain home until they have been fever-free for a full 24 hours without the use of fever-reducing medication. This precaution is essential for the well-being of our school community.

Visitor Check-in Reminder
We appreciate your patience as we transition the procedures to welcome visitors entering the school building. Wake County Public School System recently upgraded the visitor sign-in process to offer a uniform experience in all schools. To simplify the process, please bring a driver’s license or state-approved ID card. Also, please allow plenty of time to complete the sign-in process when visiting for volunteer opportunities, to attend lunch with your child, and for meetings or conferences. As all visitors must register in the office, the process may take a few minutes to complete. We look forward to seeing you on campus. Thanks so much for all that you do!
