Mileage Club
What is Mileage Club? The Mileage Club meets at the LPES track between the playgrounds. Students will walk or jog and club leaders will tally the number of laps completed by each student. The goal of this club is to enjoy some moderate athletic activity before school and for students to set and celebrate personal goals. This is not a race or a competition. This is a club where we can share our love of running/jogging/walking in the beautiful outdoors. If a student isn't in sneakers, they will not be able to walk/run. Instead, they can cheer for the students and/or assist the club leader(s).When does the Mileage Club meet? We will meet Tuesday mornings at 8:30 AM. For the Fall 2025 club, we will be meeting September 30, 2025 through December 2, 2025. We will NOT meet November 4 or November 11 due to holidays. This will give us a total of 8 sessions.Parents are welcome to join us! Please stay and enjoy the club - feel free to join the students walking and jogging around the track, or help to keep count of laps with the parent volunteers. We look forward to seeing you!For more information about Mileage Club, go to https://www.lpespta.org/mileage-club -
