Track 1 Meet the Teacher

Track 1 Families - Please join us for Meet the Teacher for Rising 1st - 5th Graders on Thursday, May 30th from 4:30-5:30pm. This is a quick pop-in event so please stop by any time during this hour to meet your child’s teacher for the 24-25 school year. Like last year, class lists will be posted at the start of Meet the Teacher.

We hope you will also join us for the PTA General Meeting at 5:30pm in the Media Center to vote for the new board members.

Carpool

As a reminder, please remain in the carpool line during morning carpool while the gate is open. Do not exit the line to pull up to the front and let your student out. This creates extra congestion and all students should be entering through the carpool area. Once the gate is closed after 8:25am, families will need to walk their students inside to sign in at the front office.

Today is the LAST DAY to complete the District Panorama Survey - Please see the information below - your time and feedback is greatly appreciated!

District Panorama Survey

Our school and district values you and your feedback.

Heritage Elementary wants to know how we are doing!

Are we meeting the needs of you and your family?

Do you feel welcome at our school?

Are you happy at Heritage?

These are just a few questions you may be asked.

The survey is short, only 7 minutes long, but it helps us in knowing the areas that are great and the areas we need to improve to make Heritage Elementary the best school in Wake County.

TIMING: The survey window runs from April 8th- May 17th, 2024.

HOW TO: The link to take the survey will be live on April 8th.

surveys.panoramaed.com/wakecounty/family

Please note we DO NOT receive any confidential information about you or your individual answers.

**The survey has been translated into various languages; Spanish, Arabic, French, Korean, Vietnamese, and Chinese in an effort to provide accessibility to all families in Wake County Public Schools. The survey administration language can be chosen by families before taking the survey.
