A letter from your new principal

Dear WES Families,

I am so excited to be joining the Wendell family as your new principal!  I’ve heard such wonderful things about the Wendell community and I am eager to join you on the journey of learning!

Here’s a little bit about me.  I have served as the Principal at Rolesville Elementary for the past 9 years.  Prior to that, I was an Assistant Principal in both Wake County and New York City Schools.  My total years in education are about 29.  I am a Mom to 2 great kids, a dog and a cat.  In my free time, I enjoy attending my kids sporting events, reading and gardening.
