Spirit Night (Message from our PTA!)
We are excited about having our FIRST spirit night at FRESH downtown Apex location on THIS MONDAY NIGHT, September 30th. Come by and enjoy some ice cream between 5pm-9pm. Hope to see you there!
Scotts Ridge Earned an A Ranking for 2023-2024
We are very excited to share that Scotts Ridge Elementary earned an A ranking for the year and met growth expectations for students. We are one of only a handful of elementary schools in Wake County to earn an A ranking. For those unfamiliar with the North Carolina ranking system, a school's score is based 80% on student proficiency and 20% on student growth. After being ranked as a B school for multiple years, we earned A status this year. In a school with students as strong as ours, meeting and exceeding growth expectations is a challenge, but it will always be the goal. We want to thank all of our teachers, support professionals, families, and (of course) our students for their efforts in helping us reach this milestone.
Picture Day
Picture Day is Tuesday, 10/1. Lifetouch will be on campus to take pictures of all students for the yearbook. Please see the flyer below for more information.

Current stock is limited, but families can preorder Anchored in Apex tees through 10/4 for delivery in October. Please ensure your requested size is not in stock before placing a preorder. Walk and Bike to School Day
Walk and Bike to School day is coming up soon! October 2nd join your friends and come walk or bike to school! We hope to see as many families as possible walking or biking!

We are working hard on filling all our chair positions and a huge thank you to everyone who has already filled out the volunteer form, but we still would LOVE more help! We are also still looking for one more board member, a VP of Communications. We'd love to chat if you are interested.
