New Spirit Wear Coming - Car Magnets
The Parkside PTA plans to offer car magnets as part of their spirit wear collection. We're seeking your input to help us choose the design for these magnets. Please click this link to check out the three available magnet options, and then fill out a brief two-question form to let us know your preferred choice. Additionally, students will have the chance to share their favorite option as well! Voting will stay open through November 17th.
PTA Book Fair Volunteers Needed
The Book Fair is right around the corner. We are in need of volunteers to ensure the Book Fair is a huge success. Please click here to sign up to volunteer. As a reminder you must be approved by WCPSS to volunteer.
Keeping Kids Home When They Are Sick
As we approach the cold and flu season, it is important to uphold a health-conscious atmosphere and minimize the transmission of illnesses. We kindly request that you keep your child at home if they are unwell. If your child has a fever, please make sure they remain home until they have been fever-free for a full 24 hours without the use of fever-reducing medication. This precaution is essential for the well-being of our school community.
No Early Dismissal After 3:15
As a reminder, we do not dismiss students for early dismissal after 3:15. If you need to pick your child up early for an appointment, please make sure it is before 3:15.
Visitor Check-in Reminder
We appreciate your patience as we transition the procedures to welcome visitors entering the school building. Wake County Public School System recently upgraded the visitor sign-in process to offer a uniform experience in all schools. To simplify the process, please bring a driver’s license or state-approved ID card. Also, please allow plenty of time to complete the sign-in process when visiting for volunteer opportunities, to attend lunch with your child, and for meetings or conferences. As all visitors must register in the office, the process may take a few minutes to complete. We look forward to seeing you on campus. Thanks so much for all that you do!
Kindergarten Registration for 2024-2025
