Good morning Parkside Families! Welcome back to our Track 4 families! Track 4 is ruling the school alone today! Carpool should be extremely short today so you can come a little earlier!
April 24, 2023 - School only for Track 4
Just a reminder, today, April 24th is a student day for Track 4 only. Only Track 4 students and staff will be in the building that day. Tracks 1, 2, and 3 students will not have school on this day.
Family Fun Night is Friday, April 28 from 5:30 to 8:00
One of the big highlights of this week is the Family Fun Night hosted by the Parkside PTA this Friday! We can’t wait to see you at Parkside from 5:30-8:00 PM. There will be games, inflatables, food trucks, fairy hair and so much more. Check out the Family Fun Night Flier for more information, and please plan on walking to the event if possible as parking will be limited!
April Spirit Night at Persis Indian Grill is this Thursday
Dine out at Persis on Thursday from 5:30-9:30 and leave your receipt in the marked box. 20% of your order will come back to support the Parkside PTA! Check out the Spirit Night flyer for more information.
Lost and Found
Our lost and found is bursting at the seams. It will be in front of the school on Friday during Family Fun Night. Anything left at the end of the day will be donated.
Volunteer Registration Reminder
Just a reminder that Volunteer Registration is now permitted off site instead of being required to sign up at a WCPSS school to become a volunteer. Please visit www.wcpss.net, click on community, volunteer, new volunteer register here. The time of the volunteer approval process is taking 2 weeks, If you have any questions, please reach out to our receptionist at ssrobinson@wcpss.net or 919-841-4333.
Panorama Family Survey
Helping students do their best in school requires a team effort. Parents, students, and schools all play important roles in this process. Help us make your child's school experience as positive and beneficial as possible by giving honest, thoughtful responses to the questions in the WCPSS Family Survey. The WCPSS Family Survey will be open from April 10 - May 12, 2023. We would like to have 100% of our families contribute to shine a light on Parkside and how our parents care about their education.
