Weekly Message 11/4/22
This morning, we announced our Teacher and Instructional Assistant of the Year! Congratulations to Ms. Thatch who is our teacher of the year and Ms. Sisson who is our instructional assistant of the year. They will represent our school well in the next steps!
We look forward to seeing everyone at our Howlabration event tonight from 5-7PM. This is a free event full of activities and games for all, including a silent auction.
Please be aware of next week’s school schedule. Tuesday is a teacher workday and there is no school for students. Thursday is an early release day and students dismiss at 1:45PM. There is no school Friday for Veterans Day holiday.
Our book fair will be starting soon and classes will begin visiting the book fair on November 10. There will be opportunities during the next week for families to visit the book fair, including our Family Pack Night on Thursday, November 17. The book fair is also looking for volunteers. Contact Ms. Waller if you would like to volunteer to help out.
Finally, I want to provide a reminder to our carpool families. Please yield to pedestrians in the crosswalks. In addition, please do not go around or pass stopped cars in the carpool lane. We want to make sure all of our students and staff stay safe. Thank you for your attention to this. Thanks for your support of our school and we will see you soon!
