  • Welcome to the 2017-2018 school year.  All of the faculty and staff at Carnage GT-AIG Magnet Middle School are filled with great anticipation and eagerly await your return.

  • Green Apple Day Community Service Opportunity

    We need your help: Families, please consider joining us on September 30th from 8-12 for our annual Green Apple Day of service.  Any amount of time you can come during this fun Saturday morning is greatly appreciated, we will be sprucing up the gardens around the school campus, pressure washing the greenhouse, building benches for the outdoor classroom and installing a new cooling system in the greenhouse. This is a great opportunity to be a part of our school community, meet other families, and to set an example for your children so they understand that community service can be fun:)  Please sign up and the link below and contact Mrs. Zeches for more information at mzeches@wcpss.net

    The district uses the School Messenger notification service to send important information and messagess. Starting this month, we will begin rolling out this service to share information through text message and email, based on parents' preferences.  
     

    Text messages will only be sent to people who opt-in. 

    You can opt-in by texting YES to the short code 67587 or replying with a YES to the opt-in text message we will send to your phone. To opt out of all text messages from School Messenger, visit http://www.schoolmessenger.com/txtmsg/ or reply with STOP to the opt-in message that you receive. The school district does not pay for text message charges that may be incurred by you for sending or receiving text messages. Check with your wireless carrier for possible charges.

  • Becoming A Student Ambassador

     

    Carnage Middle School's Most Wanted: Looking for student leaders who actively participate in the Arts, Sports, Competition Teams or just simply take pride in being a Carnage Trojan! We want you!   • Expeditionary Learning

     

    The Wake County Public School System (WCPSS), has selected EL Education’s open source Language Arts Curriculum for a districtwide three-year adoption that will begin with Grades 3 and 6 in the 2017-18 school year.

  • Parents of Rising 7th Graders

    Your child will need more vaccines!

    North Carolina law now requires Tdap and Meningococcl vaccines for entry into 7th grade.

    Please review the flyer below for "what you need to do" and where to get these vaccines.  Immunization documentation can be submitted to the main office at anytime.  You do not have to wait until next school year to submit your documentation.

  • SSA Nomination & Testing Wndow

    The SSA Nomination window is April 6, 2017 thru April 26, 2017.  The Testing window is May 4, 2017 through May 10, 2017.  For more information about Single Subject Acceleration and parent sessions, click on academic tab and Single Subject Acceleration.
