    Welcome to Rex Road Elementary!

    We’re thrilled to officially begin our very first school year at Rex Road Elementary! After months of anticipation, it’s been incredible to see our halls filled with students, staff, and families. Tracks 1–3 started on July 7, and with Track 4 joining us this week, the school is now in full swing. We hope everyone is off to an amazing start as we kick off this exciting journey together. The PTA is here to support and celebrate our growing community, and we can’t wait to share all we have planned!

    The PTA has been busy behind the scenes! The spirit rock was delivered and painted, followed by a luncheon provided by Chick-Fil-A Holly Springs to welcome our amazing teachers. We had a great time meeting lots of families at Meet the Teacher and welcoming incoming Track 1–3 kindergarten parents at Tissues and Tea with pastries provided by Tous Le Jours. We held our first PTA meeting and were thrilled with the turnout. If you missed it, slides and minutes are in the Important Links section below. We're also planning some exciting events for the school year, including the Dino Dash, spirit nights, a fall family festival, and the book fair.

    Track 4: Monday, August 4 from 8:45–9:45 AM

    A special welcome for new and kindergarten families. Come meet Principal Stacie McGuirt, our school counselor, and the PTA board while enjoying light refreshments from Tous Le Jours Holly Springs.

    🍕 Mamma Mia Spirit Day → Thursday, August 7th from 10:30 AM–2:30 PM & 4 PM–9 PM


    Skip the cooking and support our school! Dine in or take out at Mamma Mia on August 7th and 10% of all sales* will be donated to Rex Road Elementary PTA.
