Current Committees

  • Family & Community Engagement Committee

This committee focuses on building strong relationships between families, the school, and the wider community. They might organize events such as family nights, informational sessions on educational practices, and community service initiatives that encourage parent and community involvement. Their goal would be to create an inclusive atmosphere where every family feels connected and engaged with the school's mission.

    Fundraising Committee

The Fundraising Committee would be responsible for planning and executing fundraising activities throughout the school year. This could include events like the book fair, sponsorship drives, and online crowdfunding campaigns. The funds raised by this committee would likely support various school needs, such as funding field trips, or supporting school programs and projects that enhance students' learning experiences.

    Teacher Appreciation Committee

This committee would focus on recognizing and appreciating the hard work and dedication of teachers and staff. Activities might include organizing appreciation lunches, providing small gifts or tokens of gratitude, and planning events for Teacher Appreciation Week. Their efforts would aim to foster a positive and supportive atmosphere for educators, acknowledging their vital role in student success.

    Special Projects Committee

The Special Projects Committee would tackle unique and significant projects that arise during the school year. This could involve coordinating volunteer efforts for specific needs, or launching new educational initiatives. They would work closely with school administration and other PTA committees to identify priorities and ensure the successful completion of these projects.

Initiatives & Fundraisers

  • The school and the PTA work together on initiatives and fundraisers that aim to benefit students!

The Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) at our school is thrilled to share the exciting initiatives and fundraisers we have been rolling out. We are bringing back our Concession Stand, which was a booming success! It provides snacks and refreshments during selected school events. All proceeds go towards strengthening our school programs.

Each year, Teacher Appreciation Week is a highlight, as we honor our dedicated educators with special treats and activities, showing gratitude for their hard work and commitment. It is our goal to enrich the educational experience for our students and fortify our community bonds.
