  • Students Drivers and Parents

In our continuous effort to improve student driver and pedestrian safety on our campus, we have met with our student drivers to remind our students of our safety expectations in our student parking lot.  Our accident rates are very high (16 accidents already, 5 times higher than last year) and some include vehicle-pedestrians. So far we have been fortunate that there have been no serious injuries. However, students can expect more severe consequences for safety violations in the student parking lot from this point forward:
-First Violation:  loss of parking and off campus lunch for 2 weeks.
-Second Violation:  loss of parking and off campus lunch for 4 weeks.
-Third Violation:  loss of parking and off campus lunch for the rest of the year.
Click here for a student created safety video.  Click here for PowerPoint shared in August student driver/Off-Campus Lunch meetings.  Click here for PowerPoint shared in November student driver refresh meetings.
Parking on campus and off-campus lunch are a privilege. Don't lose them.
