  • School is out for the summer. 

    Office hours are 8 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.  Monday - Thursday. 

    Because the Wake Tech Campus is closed on Fridays, WECHS is closed as well.

    An 8 week course is beginning this week at Southeast Raleigh High School.  If interested, the contact information is below.

    Mindfulness is the practice of becoming aware of one's present-moment experience with compassion and openness as a basis for WISE ACTION.  This program is intended to strengthen attention and emotional regulation, cultivate wholesome emotions and expand a young person's repertoire of stress management skills.  It will also help youth participants to integrate mindfulness into daily life.  Each session includes age-appropriate discussion, activities and opportunities to practice mindfulness in a group setting.

    Dates:  Begins Thursday, July 21st, July 28th,  August 4. August 11, August 18, August 25,  Sept 1, Sept 8, 

     

    Time:  530pm -730pm
