    Friday, September 30th is an Early Release Day.  Dismissal is at 11:05 a.m. on the PHS Campus. Buses leave at 11:10 a.m.  Students need to be off campus by noon unless arrangements have been made with Mrs. Cummings. The lunch option will be bag lunch (turkey club, pb&J) or salad.  The bus will leave Northern Campus at 11:00 a.m.  Please make other arrangements if possible to not miss college classes.


    Students interested in joining HOSA, please remember membership dues must be submitted by this Friday, September 30th.  See Mrs. Hill with questions.

     

    Any HOSA member interested in participating in the District 3 HOSA competition on November 5th, please visit the HOSA  website at wechshosa.weebly.com or see Mrs. Hill with questions.

     

    Fitness Club will meet this Thursday, September 29th,  from 2:15 - 3:15 in room 221.  Make sure you have turned in a permission form.

     

    SAVE THE DATE!  WECHS Fall Family Picnic/BBQ is Saturday October 8th at 11:00!  It will be at Lake Wheeler Park, Shelter #8.

    Ready to start holiday shopping? Please join us on Saturday, November 5th from 6-10 am for a private shopping experience at the annual Belk Charity Sale at Belk Crabtree.  Tickets are $5 each and are available in the Guidance office.  WECHS PTSA will be working at Belk, so come and say hello!  We hope to see you there!

     

     

    NC State Fair Ticket Sales helps WECHS! (Code 583) Schools will receive $2 for each adult admission ticket purchased and $1 for each child ticket purchased. Tickets are $8 for adults and $3 for children.     The window for applying to volunteer with WakeMed will open again January 9 at 2:30, http://www.wakemed.org/landing.cfm?id=2901. Follow Ms. Lusher's Google Classroom posts for additional opportunities. Email her for the link and code at: rlusher@wcpss.net.
